THAT'S SO WEIRD – it is a new live action sketch comedy series targeted at tweens with a great production value. Behind the funny sketches there is an overriding back story for the series rather then just a straight sketch show a la Saturday Night Live or Mad TV. The premises are that Weird TV is a forgotten television network of JamCo manufacturing conglomerate.  When one of our cast (Alana) comes looking for a summer job she accidentally finds herself managing the cable net and does what all new station managers do, fire the existing team and hire her friends.
